By proceeding with requesting Wet Water WA to undertake the work (whether in writing, verbal or by conduct) you are taken to have agreed with the Wet Water WA terms and conditions, which are available below

Wet Water WA Terms and Conditions

All work done by Wet Water WA (WWWA) is on the following terms:

1. The scope of work to be undertaken by WWWA is as expressly agreed to be undertaken by WWWA, subject to any conditions or limitations as specified by WWWA.

2. WWWA accepts no liability whatsoever for loss, including consequential loss, resulting from the work undertaken by WWWA howsoever such loss may be caused, whether by WWWA’s act or omission, or otherwise.

3. Without limiting the generality of clause 2  as the WWWA work is of general maintenance, particularly hull cleaning, anode replacement, deck maintenance and the like the owner accepts all and any liability for, and the consequences of, such work.

4. WWWA relies upon the owner having all usual boat insurances and the owner agrees that WWWA and its workers will have the benefit of such insurances, and will assist WWWA by providing copies of policies and certificates of currency should any question regarding insurance cover arise.

5. Without limiting clause 4 the owner states the owner has workers compensation insurance for all persons working on the vessel, and such insurance applies to WWWA workers.

6. Payment to WWWA is due 7 days from provision of an invoice (which may include disbursements) for work done on completion of the work, at the end of a day’s work, or as otherwise determined by WWWA, with payment to be made by direct cash transfer to WWWA bank account as set out on the WWWA invoice.

7. If full payment is not made within 7 days of invoice, the unpaid part carries interest at 1% per month from date of invoice, until paid.

8. WWWA is not registered, or required to be registered, for GST, and so there is no GST added to, or included in, WWWA invoices.

9. If a WWWA invoice includes disbursements, the owner agrees to remit the amount outlaid by WWWA (i.e. the amount inclusive of any GST) to WWWA, and WWWA will provide a copy of the disbursement invoice upon request by the owner.
